Internships, Skilled Volunteers, Retired Professionals
The Volunteer Center of Brown County provides local high school and college students with
invaluable work experience through internships. Continually working with the
University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, St. Norbert College, NWTC, and local high schools, the Volunteer
Center seeks to utilize the talents of young individuals and provide aspiring professionals
the necessary experience to excel in the workplace.
"The Volunteer Center has been vital to my development in the workplace. The VC excellently accomodates your own personal desires and goals for an internship, while applying that to their own needs as an organization.
Throughout my time interning at the Volunteer Center, I felt as valued and appreciated as any other staff on the team. I would highly recommend interning at this welcoming, wholesome organization that gives so much back to the community."
Communications and Community Relations Intern
The Volunteer Center works to place volunteers at appropriate work sites. That includes our own office! At the Volunteer Center, volunteers are engaged at all levels. If you have professional skills, we want to put them to use!
